LIFT: A New Pathway to Homeownership in Regina

Silver Sage Housing is proud to introduce LIFT (Lease Into Full Title), an innovative rent-to-own program designed to help individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership.

The LIFT program provides more than just affordable housing—it offers a supported pathway to owning a home. Through affordable monthly payments, financial education, and long-term guidance, participants can build stability, equity, and confidence while working toward full homeownership over time. The first phase of the program includes 10 rent-to-own homes located in Regina’s North Central neighbourhood, creating new opportunities for families to invest in their future and strengthen the community.

If you’ve dreamed of owning a home but thought it was out of reach, LIFT may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Applicants must meet the program’s eligibility requirements, including stable employment, a household income of over $60,000, the ability to maintain utility accounts, no previous homeownership, and a commitment to making Regina home for the long term.
