Policy Update

Silver Sage will be implementing a new policy regarding “Ending a Tenancy”, effective January 1, 2025:

If a tenant receives a Form 7 for non-payment of rent and chargebacks three times within a twelve-month period, Silver Sage will apply to the Office of Residential Tenancies to end the tenancy.
