Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of interior and exterior housing maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall, siding, windows/doors, stippling, cement work, insulation, fences, and decks
  • Organize and prioritize work independently
  • Source and purchase materials as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Deliver quality service with flexibility, good judgment, and strong interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in housing maintenance and repairs
  • WHMIS and First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
